Here is some general information and a few friendly reminders to help get you settled.
Maintenance Repairs & Requests
Regular non-emergency maintenance repairs will be performed during regular business hours. We will try to get any general repairs completed within 24-48 hours of the maintenance request being submitted, however, we do ask that you understand there may be circumstances beyond our control that can cause this turn-around time to be a little longer.
To submit a maintenance request, you can by call the office at 785.762.2451 or going online to: nexthomeunlimited.appfolio.com/connect. Please be sure to submit a separate request for each individual repair if you have more than one issue at a time.
For after hours emergency requests, please call 785.307.3040. Emergency requests may include but are not limited to the following:
- No heat when the outside temperature is 55 degrees or lower.
- No air conditioning when the temperature outside is 85 degrees or higher.
This is just a friendly reminder that your rent is due on the 1st of each month. If payment is not received by the third day of each month there will a $35.00 late charge plus an additional late charge of $15.00 per day until the amount owed is paid in full.
We have tried to make paying your rent as simple as we possibly could, so here are a few ways to do it:

- Epay at: nexthomeunlimited.appfolio.
- eCheck – No charge.

We would be more than happy to help. If you prefer to stop in and say hello when you pay your rent, our regular office ours are as follows:
