Here is some general information and a few friendly reminders to help get you settled.
Maintenance Repairs & Requests
Regular non-emergency maintenance repairs will be performed during regular business hours. We will try to get any general repairs completed within 24-48 hours of the maintenance request being submitted, however, we do ask that you understand there may be circumstances beyond our control that can cause this turn-around time to be a little longer.
To submit a maintenance request, you can by call the office at 785.762.2451 or going online to: sbagency.Managebuilding.com. Please be sure to submit a separate request for each individual repair if you have more than one issue at a time.
For after hours emergency requests, please call 785.307.3040. Emergency requests may include but are not limited to the following:
- No heat when the outside temperature is 55 degrees or lower.
- No air conditioning when the temperature outside is 85 degrees or higher.
This is just a friendly reminder that your rent is due on the 1st of each month. If payment is not received by the third day of each month there will a $25.00 late charge plus an additional late charge of $30.00 per day until the amount owed is paid in full.
We have tried to make paying your rent as simple as we possibly could, so here are a few ways to do it:

- Epay at: sbagency.managebuilding.com
- eCheck – $2.00 convenience fee will be added to total amount paid.
Checks or money orders are to be made out to: NextHome Unlimited. If you have any questions about our Epay system, please don’t hesitate to call and ask for assistance. We would be more than happy to help. If you prefer to stop in and say hello when you pay your rent, our regular office ours are as follows:
